Moviqo is web-based operations CRM software for freight forwarders, project-cargo and transport companies. Mega Move India, a Mumbai forwarder in project cargo, heavy lift, ODC, chartering and transport, built it for its own team; company accounts for other teams open soon.

The RFQ-to-job flow

Register first. Everything else follows the number.

Enquiries come in by email, WhatsApp and phone. In Moviqo the first action is always the same: register the RFQ. From then on, every mail, vendor quote, quotation and shipment file carries that number.

    RFQ number first

    Register the enquiry in a minute. Customer or requester, origin and destination are all it needs; the rest can follow. Moviqo issues the RFQ number and the acknowledgement text for email and WhatsApp, and catches a repeat on the same mail thread.

    Vendor pricing

    Active rate sheets for the lane are checked first. Moviqo then names the vendors to float the RFQ to, by the routes they serve. Each vendor gets its own section under the RFQ; a re-quote updates that section as a new revision.

    Quotation

    Build the quotation from the vendor section you select, set the margin, and see buy, sell and margin live. The PDF shows the sell side only, never your buy rates. Revisions keep their history.

    Job

    When the customer accepts, open the job. The job number is the RFQ number. Milestones, containers, references and cost lines keep the job's profit in view until it is completed.

Moviqo was shaped by the daily work of a Mumbai forwarder handling project cargo, heavy lift and ODC moves. The details that matter on that desk are built in.

OOG cargo check

Know what the cargo needs before you ask a line.

Enter package rows in metres, or paste a colli list straight from Excel. Moviqo reads sizes in mm, cm or m and headers in English or German, then checks every piece.

  • Totals for pieces, gross and net weight, cbm and freight tons (W/M)
  • An indicative fit per piece: 20' or 40' GP, 40' HC, open top or flat rack
  • Over-width per side and over-height on OT and FR pieces
  • Breakbulk and heavy lift called out, with the reason
  • The same pieces and fits on the RFQ and in the vendor rate request

  • Rate sheets with validity

    Every sheet is stored with valid-from and valid-till dates. Active, upcoming and expired are worked out from the dates, so an expired sheet drops out of rate search and is never quoted. Sheets ending within 7 days are flagged for renewal; local charges can run "until revised".

  • Vendor routes

    Which lanes, cargo and equipment each shipping line, NVOCC, CHA and transporter serves, learned from their rate sheets and quotes. For every RFQ, breakbulk included, Moviqo answers who to float it to.

  • Live dashboards

    RFQs today and this month, the pipeline by status, quotations sent and accepted, win rate, jobs sailing or arriving in the next 7 days and team workload. The page refreshes itself every 30 seconds.

  • Tasks that keep up

    One list of what to do next, soonest first: acknowledge an RFQ, chase a vendor, send the quote, follow it up, open the job, renew a rate sheet. Next steps are worked out from your records and drop off when the work moves on. Add your own tasks and assign them to colleagues.

  • Files on every record

    Drop cargo photos, packing lists, original rate sheets and PDFs onto RFQs, jobs, vendors and more. Vendor files carry a key-document checklist: GST, PAN, MSME and cancelled cheque on file or missing.

  • Quotations with margin

    Lines carry buy and sell side by side, with live totals for margin and margin %. Download a branded PDF for the customer that shows only the sell side. Revise a quote and the earlier version is kept.

AI on the desk, working by your rules.

Two ways to take the typing off your team. Both work only within the user's own role and workspaces, and every change lands in the audit trail. Moviqo AI only drafts for a person to save. Claude's social posts wait for an admin's review by default, and it is instructed to ask before it sends any mail or replies to a comment.

Connect Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic, and it works inside Moviqo with your own role: it can never see or do more than you can. Ask it to:

Every change Claude makes is written to the audit trail and shows as "Claude" in the activity feed. Moviqo's connector cannot send mail; Claude is instructed to ask for your go-ahead before it sends one from your own mail. Admins can see and revoke every connection.

An assistant that runs an open-source model on Moviqo's own server. Give it an enquiry, a rate table or a sailing schedule and it drafts the RFQ, the rate lines or the vendor routes for you.

    Hosted in India

    Moviqo runs on a server in a Mumbai data centre. Your records and files are stored there, in India. They leave India only when you connect Claude or publish to a social network, and then only what that action needs.

    Access by role

    An admin chooses which workspaces each person can open, and their role (admin, sales, operations, accounts, driver or viewer) decides what they can do there. Only admins can delete customers, vendors, RFQs, rate sheets, quotations and leads.

    Audit trail

    Every change is recorded: who made it, what changed and when, and whether it came from a person or from Claude.

    Copy guard and watermark

    For staff other than admins, copying, printing and saving pages are turned off in the browser. A browser cannot block a screenshot, so every screen carries a faint watermark with the person's name, email and the time.

    HTTPS everywhere

    All traffic to moviqo.in and app.moviqo.in is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.

    Your data, your company's

    The business records you enter belong to your company. Social account tokens are stored encrypted, and any connection can be removed at any time.
